4. Payments and Top-Ups

Once a digital asset has been successfully processed, delivered or made available for download, the transaction is generally considered completed.
Download availability may depend on the relevant third-party provider and may change without notice.
We do not guarantee that every asset displayed or available on a third-party platform will always be obtainable through GetStocks.cc.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Services, completed downloads and successfully delivered digital assets are generally non-refundable.
Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once successfully credited to an account, except where required by applicable law or where GetStocks.cc determines that a refund is appropriate.
If a transaction is charged but the requested asset cannot be delivered because of a technical error attributable to our platform, we may, after verification, restore the applicable credits or wallet amount.
Refunds or credit adjustments will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
